Item Pick Up & Returns, Class Cancellations

 

In-Store Pick Up

Thank you for your order! Please allow us 1 business day to process your order and prepare it to be picked up. If you need the item ready at a certain time or you need to request curb-side pick up, please do so in your order or email us at christine@readwithme.us.

Shipping

Read With Me values and appreciates your business. At this time we only offer our items to be purchased online and picked up within our store. We do not offer shipping to any location within or outside of the US.

Returns

Read With Me thanks you for shopping our locally owned, independent store. If for some reason you need to return an item to our store, please do so within 5 business days. Please make sure that the item is in its original, unworn, unused, salable condition and that you have a receipt of purchase.

Cancellations

In the event that Read With Me needs to cancel an event that you have pre-registered and paid for, you will be refunded. If you need to cancel an event that you have pre-registered and paid for, you may receive a refund if it is within 14 days of the event (except deposits which are non-refundable). Please remember that our event fees pay for materials and teacher time. Materials must be purchased well ahead of class time.
